医疗机构传染病预防控制工作现状分析与调查研究

Infectious diseases prevention and control in medical institutions:an investigation and analysis

目的:对医疗机构传染病防控工作现状分析与调查研究的结果进行探讨。方法:随机选取四川西充县的各级各类医疗机构共776所作为本次研究对象,对所有医疗机构采用现场调查的方法,了解其在传染病预防控制方面的具体情况,最终根据本次调查研究结果,制定相应的防治措施,从而提升传染病预防控制工作水平。结果:对所有被研究对象进行调查研究后,医疗级别较高的机构在传染病预防控制方面的工作情况显著优于医疗级别较低的机构,两种不同级别的医疗机构在传染病预防控制工作方面存在显著性差异,P<0.05,且组间差异具有统计学研究意义。此外,采用防治措施后的医疗机构相比采取防治措施前的医疗机构在传染病预防控制工作方面具有明显改善,防治后的医疗机构工作情况显著优于防治前,组间具有明显差异,P<0.05,且组间差异具有统计学研究意义。结论:通过对该县医疗机构在传染病预防控制工作方面的现状进行调查和分析,根据工作现状中存在的问题,采取对应的防治措施,进一步加强传染病预防控制工作,提升医疗服务质量。

Objective： To discuss the present situation of infectious diseases prevention and control work of medical institutions based on the investigation and analysis of the research findings. Methods： Medical institutions at various levels from Xichong County of Sichuan Province were randomly selected and a total of 776 institutions were selected as the research objects. Field investigations were conducted with all the medical institutions to understand the specific situation in infectious disease control and prevention. Corresponding prevention measures were developed according to the survey results to enhance the level of infectious disease prevention and control work. Results： The investigation and study showed that, in terms of infectious disease prevention and control work, medical institutions of higher level were significantly better than that of the lower level; and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. The investigation also showed that there was an obvious improvement after the the prevention and control measures being taken by the medical institutions and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： Based on the present situation in infectious disease prevention and control work of the medical institutions in the county, quantitative corresponding prevention measures shall be taken to further strengthen the prevention and control work to improve the quality of medical services.
