摘要 目的:探讨低形态学评分胚胎继续培养发育成囊胚的影响因素:方法:收集D3低形态学评分胚胎移入囊胚培养液中继续培养,观察D5及D6囊胚形成数量并分级,分析囊胚形成与年龄,获卵数,卵裂球数量,继续培养天数及受精方式的关系。结果:D3低形态学评分胚胎囊胚、可移植囊胚、优质囊胚形成率与胚胎卵裂球数量及胚胎碎片率有关,与年龄及受精方式无关。结论:与胚胎形态学评分密切相关的卵裂球数及碎片率确实影响囊胚的形成,通过囊胚培养筛选出剩余胚胎中仍有发育潜能的并冷冻保存,是提高病人每个治疗周期可用胚胎数的可行方法。 Objective: To explore the influencing factors on blastocyst formation of the embryos with low morphological scores. Method: Embryos of Day 3 with low morphological scores were collected and transferred into blastocyst culture. Number and quality of the blastocysts formed on Day 5 and Day 6 were observed. Factors including patient age, number of ova obtained, number of blastomeres, fragment rate and type of insemination were analyzed. Result: On Day 3, the numbers and quality of the blastocysts (the ones with low morphological scores, the transplatable ones, and the high quality ones) were affected by the number of the blastomeres and fragment rate. The numbers and quality of the blastocysts formed on Day 3 were not ralated with the patients' age and method of insemination. Conclusion: The number of the blastomeres and fragment rate which were tied up with morphological score indeed impacted the blastocyst formation. Kesidual embryos can be screened for potential development using blastocyst culture. That is the way of increasing the number of available embryos in each treatment cycle.
