摘要
目的帮助新进护士尽快实现从护生到护士的角色转变,为培养高素质的护理人员奠定基础。方法将SMART原则运用于新进护士培训管理中,实行阶段性、一对一、有计划、有目的、规范化的临床培训模式。在培训过程中不断地总结和反思,及时纠正不良的行为及操作,以达到培训的最终目的。结果我院新进护士经过培训,专业理论和技术操作考核全部达标,能胜任各项临床工作。新进护士的工作积极性、自觉学习能力和业务能力得到提升,同时也提高了培训老师的理论水平和业务素质。结论 SMART原则应用于新进护士的培训中,通过采用科学的目标设定方法指导实质性工作,增加了其工作的目的性、主动性、时间性,从而提升培训工作效率。
Objective Help new nurses change their roles from nursing students to nurses and lay the foundations of cultivating nursing staff with high qualities. Methods Apply SMART principle to the training and managing of new nurses and put the planned, purposeful, and standardized clinical training model into practice. In the training process, through continuous reflection and correcting the misdeed and mis-operation, try to achieve the final goals of training. Results The new nurses in our hospital reach the standard of professional theories and technical operation assessment through training and are qualifies for all kinds of clinical work. The training improves their enthusiasm for work and learning abilities and service capabilities. At the same time, it also improves teachers' business level. Conclusion SMART principle can be applied into the training of new nurses. By adopting scientific methods, SMART principle instructs the work and increases its motivation and initiation.
