血液检验标本误差的原因分析及预防分析

目的探讨血液检验标本误差的原因分析及预防对策。方法选取我院检验科84例患者出现误差的血液检验标本临床资料进行回顾性分析与研究,分析误差产生原因,并采取相应的预防对策。结果导致血液检验标本出现误差的原因中,送检原因与患者自身因素所占的比例最高,分别为31例(36.90%)、22例(26.19%)。具体误差影响因素中,位于前三位的分别为送检时间过长25例(29.76%),采血前未禁食16例(19.05%),血液量过少10例(11.90%)。结论由送检过程和患者自身原因造成的血液检验标本误差最为常见。要想有效避免血液误差发生率,医院应当全面培训血液采集人员的专业知识与能力,并且加强健康宣教,提升患者对血液检验的认知水平。

Objective To investigate the blood test specimens in the cause of the error analysis and prevention countermeasures. Methods 84 cases with clinical laboratory error of blood test specimen clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the research, analysis of error causes, and take corresponding preventive countermeasures. Results Blood test specimen appeared the cause of the error, send the reason and the patient＇s own factors, the proportion of the highest respectively 31 cases（36.90%）, 22 cases（26.19%）. Specific error influence factors, is located in the top three, respectively, for the inspection time is too long 25 cases（29.76%）, blood not fasting before 16 cases（19.05%）, the amount of blood too little 10 cases（11.90%）. Conclusion Due to the inspection process and the patient＇s own blood test specimen is the most common error. To effectively avoid the blood error rate, the hospital should be comprehensive training blood collection personnel＇s professional knowledge and ability, and to strengthen health education, improve patients cognitive level of blood tests.
