探讨二维超声联合四维超声对产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值

To Evaluate the Clinical Value of Four-dimensional Ultrasound Combined With Ultrasound in Prenatal Diagnosis of Fetal Malformation

目的对二维超声联合四维超声产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值进行分析。方法选取我院做产前检查的2 488例中晚期孕产妇,所有孕产妇均分别接受单独二维超声检查和二维超声联合四维超声的检查,待孕妇分娩后计算诊断准确率。结果联合诊断胎儿畸形情况、胎儿体表畸形情况的准确率均高于二维超声诊断结果的准确率(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合四维超声可有效提高产前诊断胎儿畸形的准确率,减少误诊率、漏诊率。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods 2 488 cases in late pregnant women were chosen in our hospital, all pregnant women were accepted separate two-dimensional ultrasonography and ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound check, be pregnant women after calculation accuracy of diagnosis. Results The accuracy of combined diagnosis of fetal malformation and abnormal fetal surface condition was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound can effectively improve the accuracy of prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation, reduce the misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate.
