瑞芬太尼在手术麻醉中的应用与麻醉效果初评

Application of Remifentanil in Anesthesia and Anesthesia Effectiveness Evaluation

目的分析瑞芬太尼在手术麻醉中的应用与麻醉效果。方法选取我院2013年1月-2015年1月400例手术麻醉患者,根据随机数字表法进行分组。瑞芬太尼组患者给予瑞芬太尼;芬太尼组患者给予芬太尼。比较不同麻醉药物的麻醉效果及对患者血流动力学的影响。结果两组患者在麻醉后舒张压、收缩压和心率均低于麻醉前,但瑞芬太尼组降低幅度低于芬太尼组,t检验对比后显示血流动力学指标有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。瑞芬太尼组麻醉优良率高于芬太尼组,经χ-2检验对比后显示麻醉效果有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论瑞芬太尼在手术麻醉中的应用与麻醉效果良好,可减少术中舒张压、收缩压和心率等血流动力学的波动,提高麻醉效果。

Objective To analyze the application of remifentanil in operation anesthesia and the effect of anesthesia. Methods 400 cases of surgical anesthesia in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly grouped according to the random number table method. remifentanil group patients were given remifentanil, fentanyl group patients were given fentanyl. To compare the effects of different anesthetic drugs on the hemodynamics of the patients. Results Two groups of patients in the post anesthesia diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate were lower than those of anesthesia before, but remifentanil group reduced magnitude lower than that of fentanyl group and compared by t test shows hemodynamic index has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The superior rate of anesthesia of remifentanil group was significantly higher than that of fentanyl group, and the effect of anesthesia was statistically significant after χ-2 test（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of remifentanil in operation anesthesia and anesthesia effect is good, can reduce the intraoperative diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate and other hemodynamic fluctuations, improve the anesthetic effect.
