摘要
目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术的麻醉效果。方法 120例患者随机分成两组,实验组给予腰硬联合麻醉,对照组给予气管插管全麻。结果实验组的麻醉药物剂量、完全阻滞时间等均低于对照组,而起效时间快于对照组(P<0.05)。术后实验组的舒张压、收缩压以及心率等指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉效果良好。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of total knee arthroplasty. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia, the control group was given tracheal intubation anesthesia. Results The experimental group of anesthesia drug dosage, complete block time and so on were lower than the control group, and the onset time was faster than the control group（P〈0.05）. The indexes of diastolic blood pressure, systolicblood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia is good.
