鞘内镇痛可以使药物通过脑脊液直接到达作用位点,使对其他方式给药耐受或不能耐受副反应的患者疼痛明显缓解,是目前治疗慢性疼痛患者重要的治疗方案之一。本文就目前鞘内镇痛治疗的使用指征、病例选择、试用性试验、及药物选择进行研究。
