摘要 目的探讨玻璃纤维桩与自体断冠再结术修复恒前牙冠折的效果。方法抽选我院2013年1月-2014年2月收治的恒前牙冠折患者35例为研究对象,本组患者均实施玻璃纤维桩与自体断冠再结术联合修复治疗,评价本组患者治疗效果。结果本组患者治疗后检查结果显示其牙周组织保持健康,牙冠无变色、冠折、纤维桩折断、牙根折断、牙根尖周病变等现象,未形成牙周袋,修复效果良好。结论玻璃纤维桩联合自体断冠再结术修复恒前牙冠折效果良好。 Objective To investigate the effect of glass fiber post and autologous precededs again repair effect of permanent anterior teeth with crown fracture. Methods 35 cases of constant anterior teeth with crown fracture patients were chosen as the object of study in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014, this group of patients were implemented glass fiber post and autologous crown fracture surgery combined with prosthetic treatment again, evaluation of treatment in this group of patients. Results After the treatment in this group of patients examination showed maintain healthy periodontal tissues, the crown without discoloration, crown fracture, fiber pile broken, root fracture, periapical lesions phenomenon, has not formed the periodontal pocket, good repair effect. Conclusion Glass fiber post combined with autologous precededs again to repair the permanent anterior teeth with crown fracture effect is good.
