低温等离子射频消融联合手术对鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察低温等离子射频消融联合手术对鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果。方法我院收集鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者54例,将54例患者随机分为观察组(低温等离子射频消融联合手术治疗)与对照组(常规开放式手术治疗),对比患者并发症及复发情况。结果观察组术后并发症发生率、复发率均低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融联合手术对鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果显著。 Objective To observe the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with surgical treatment of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity.Methods The hospital collected inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity 54 patients,54 patients were randomly divided into two groups(low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with surgical treatment) and control group(conventional open surgery),complications,patients and compare recurrence.Results The incidence of postoperative complications,recurrence rates were lower than the control group,data were significantly different(P〈0.05).Conclusion The lowtemperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with surgery for treatment of nasal inverted papilloma significant.
