韧带重建治疗第一腕掌关节陈旧性半脱位1例报道

Report of 1 Cases of Ligament Reconstruction in the Treatment of the First Carpometacarpal Joint of Old Subluxation

第一腕掌关节陈旧性半脱位较为罕见,韧带重建治疗可获得较为理想的疗效。本研究对我科收治的1例第一腕掌关节陈旧性半脱位患者采取韧带重建治疗,治疗后患者拇指活动功能基本正常,无疼痛。

The first carpometacarpal joint of old subluxation is rare, ligament reconstruction treatment can obtain ideal curative effects. In this study, who were treated in our department in 1 case the first wrist palm joint old subluxation were treated by ligament reconstruction in the treatment and after treatment, the patients with thumb function is basic and normal, no pain.
