丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗老年癫痫患者的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Sodium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Epilepsy

目的观察应用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗老年癫痫患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月-2016年1月在我院治疗癫痫的72例老年患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（n=34）和治疗组（n=38）,对照组患者口服托吡酯治疗,治疗组患者口服丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗。结果对照组患者总有效率为76.5%,治疗组患者总有效率为94.7%,两组患者的临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.006,P〈0.05）,对照组患者不良反应发生率为17.6%,治疗组患者不良反应发生率为2.6%,两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.610,P〈0.05）。结论应用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗老年癫痫,疗效较好,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium valproate in treating elderly patients with epilepsy. Methods 72 elderly patients were chosen as research subjects were randomly divided into control group（n=34） and treatment group（n=38） from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital, control group patients were treated with topiramate treatment, patients treated with oral sodium valproate therapy. Results In control group, the total effective rate was 76.5% of patients, patients treated with total effective rate was 94.7%, comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients（χ2=5.006, P〈0.05）, the control group of patients of adverse reactions was 17.6% treated patients adverse reactions was 2.6% in both groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions（χ2=4.610, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sodium valproate in the treatment of senile epilepsy, a significant effect.
