消化内科常见不合理用药问题探析

Problems of Common Irrational Drug Use in the Digestive Department of Internal Medicine

目的研究消化内科常见药物的不合理使用情况,并提出有效的解决对策。方法选取我院收治的589例消化内科患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行分析与研究,总结与分析存在的常见药物的不合理使用情况。结果 45例(7.64%)患者存在不合理用药,包括药物使用过量21例(46.7%)、药物联合使用毒副作用增大7例(15.6%)、重复用药6例(13.3%)、药物联合使用不合理11例(24.4%)。结论为改善消化内科常见病合理药物使用情况,医院就必须要加强对临床医师的培训与教育,提高药物使用的合理性与安全性。

Objective In order to research the common irrational drug use in gastroenterology, and proposed effective countermeasures. Methods 589 cases in gastroenterology were selected, the clinical data were analyzed, summary and analysis of unreasonable use of common drugs. Results The presence of irrational drug use in 45（7.64%） patients, including 21（46.7%） cases of excessive use of drugs, drug side effects in combination with increased 7（15.6%） cases, 6（13.3%） cases of repeated drug use, drug combination with 11（24.4%） cases of unreasonable. Conclusion To improve common rational drug use in gastroenterology, the hospital would have to strengthen the training and education of clinicians, improve the rationality and safety of the drug use.
