扩张型心肌病出现心力衰竭采用美托洛尔与螺内酯联合治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Heart Failure Using Metoprolol and Spironolactone Therapy Appeared Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的分析美托洛尔联合螺内酯治疗扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法收集扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者54例,随机分为对照组(常规治疗)与观察组(常规治疗+美托洛尔+螺内酯),对比两组心功能变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组SV、LVEF、CO、HR等指标以及总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔与螺内酯联合治疗扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of metoprolol spironolactonetreatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure. Methods Dilated cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure, 54 patients were randomly divided into control group（conventional therapy） and observation group（conventional therapy ＋ metoprolol ＋ spironolactone）, compared two groups of heart function changes. Results After treatment, the observation group SV, LVEF, CO, HR and other indicators, and the total effective rate than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol and spironolactone treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy in patients with heart failure effect is remarkable.
