替诺福韦酯对多药耐药慢性乙肝的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of TDF for Multidrug Resistant Chronic Hepatitis B

目的观察在多药耐药慢性乙肝患者治疗中替诺福韦酯的治疗价值。方法收集2012年1月-2014年12月多药耐药慢性乙肝患者64例,将64例患者随机分为对照组（阿德福韦酯治疗）与观察组（替诺福韦酯治疗）,分析患者HBV-DNA定量变化情况及病毒学、生化学应答情况。结果两组HBV-DNA降幅、病毒学应答率、生化学应答率对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在多药耐药慢性乙肝患者治疗中替诺福韦酯价值较高。

Objective To observe the multi-resistant tenofovir ester in therapy for chronic hepatitis b patients of therapeutic value. Methods 64 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b were chosen from January 2012 to December 2014, 64 patients were randomly divided into control group（adefovir ester treatment） and the observation group（tenofovir ester treatment）, analysis of patients with HBV-DNA quantitative change and virological and biochemical responses. Results Two groups of HBV-DNA decline, virological response rates, biochemical response rates contrast, significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The multi-drug resistance in patients with chronic hepatitis b treatment tenofovir ester value is higher.
