玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德对黄斑水肿的疗效观察及围术期护理方法研究

To Observe the Curative Effect of Intravitreal Injection of Triamcinolone Macular Edema and Perioperative Nursing Method Research

目的探讨玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德对黄斑水肿的疗效及围手术期护理方法。方法于2014年1月-2015年6月,选取50例黄斑水肿患者进行研究,均给予玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗,并施行护理干预。观察患者的视力、黄斑厚度、并发症情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后视力明显提高（P〈0.05）,黄斑厚度明显降低（P〈0.05）。有8例患者出现并发症。结论给予黄斑水肿患者玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗,并在围手术期施行护理干预,疗效显著。

Objective To discuss the effect of vitreous cavity injection of triamcinolone on macular edema and the perioperative nursing methods. Methods 50 patients with macular edema were selected for the study from January 2014 to June 2015, were given the vitreous cavity injection of triamcinolone therapy, and nursing intervention was performed. The visual acuity, macular thickness, and complications were observed. Results Compared with before treatment, the visual acuity after treatment was significantly increased（P〈0.05）, and the macular thickness was significantly lower（P〈0.05）. There were 8 patients with complications. Conclusion The glass body cavity injection of triamcinolone in the treatment of macular edema, and the perioperative nursing intervention, has significant effect.
