摘要
目的分析肾结石患者在围手术期采用优质护理干预的效果。方法此研究中所纳入的66例研究对象均选自我院2013年3月-2015年4月收治的肾结石患者,所有患者均采用经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术方法进行治疗,根据不同的护理模式将其分为观察组与对照组两个组别,分别选择优质护理和常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者经过护理后,其护理满意度为93.94%,对照组患者经过护理后,其护理满意度为75.76%,观察组以及对照组组间经过对比差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论在对肾结石患者围手术期进行护理时采用优质护理,效果良好。
Objective Analysis of patients with kidney stones using quality during perioperative nursing intervention effect. Methods 66 cases of kidney stones patients were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015, according to the different nursing mode will be divided into the observation group and control group in two groups, respectively choose high quality care and routine care, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Observation group of patients after nursing, the nursing satisfaction was 93.94%, control group patients after nursing, the nursing satisfaction was 75.76%, the observation group and control group the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion During perioperative care for patients with kidney stones should use high quality nursing, the nursing effect is good.
