摘要
目的探讨职业陪护对提高老年患者跌倒风险认知状况的效果。方法选取2012-2015年我院收治老年患者65例,分为对照组33例和研究组32例,给予常规和职业陪护护理。分析患者跌倒风险认知水平提高情况。结果研究组老年患者在跌倒风险认知评分提高方面优于对照组（P〈0.05）。讨论职业陪护护理方法可提高老年患者跌倒风险知识的认知水平。
Objective To study the professional escort to improve the effect of the fall risk cognitive status of patients with senile. Methods 65 cases of elderly patients were divided into control group of 33 cases and research group of 32 cases from 2012 to 2015 in our hospital, give regular and vocational nursing escort. Fall risk cognitive level in patients with analysis. Results The team in the fall in the elderly at risk cognitive score improved significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Professional nursing method can improve the elderly patients fall risk escort the cognitive level of knowledge.
