探讨新生儿抚触在临床护理中的应用效果

目的探讨新生儿抚触在新生儿临床护理中的应用效果,为今后的护理工作提供思路。方法对我院新生儿科2014年1-12月接受新生儿护理的100例新生儿作为本组的研究对象,采用平行随机抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,末开展新生儿抚触;观察组在常规护理的基础上于出生后第1 d进行新生儿抚触,分别于出生第1 d与第28 d时测量两组的体重、身长、头围、24 h摄奶量以及睡眠时间,并对两组测量结果进行对比分析。结果出生第1 d,两组在体重、身长、头围、24 h摄奶量以及睡眠时间之间比较差异不具有统计学意义,P〉0.05;出生28 d时,观察组的体重、身长、头围、24 h摄奶量以及睡眠时间分别为（5.31±1.82）kg、（53.16±7.52）cm、（37.97±4.31）cm、（443.54±25.39）ml、（21.64±7.42）h,均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论在新生儿护理中开展新生儿抚触能够促进食物的消化与吸收速率,提高睡眠质量,保证新生儿的生长发育。

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of newborns in the neonatal clinical nursing, provides ideas for the future of nursing work. Methods 100 cases of neonates with neonatal care were chosen as the object of study of this group in neonatal department of our hospital from January to December 2014, using parallel random sampling method will be divided into control group and observation group, each 50 cases, control group was given routine nursing. In the end, the development of newborns, observation group on the basis of routine nursing care in postnatal 1 d newborns, respectively in postnatal 1 d and 28 d measurement two groups of weight, height, head circumference, 24 h milk yield and sleep time and on two groups of measured results were compared and analyzed. Results Birth the 1 d, two groups in weight, height, head circumference, there is no significant difference between 24 h milk yield and sleep time, does not have statistical significance（P〈0.05）, 28 days after birth. In the observation group, the weight, height, head circumference, 24 h milk yield and sleep time respectively（5.31±1.82） kg,（53.16±7.52） cm,（37.97±4.31） cm,（443.54±25.39） ml,（21.64±7.42） h were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion In newborn care carry out newborns can promote food digestion and absorption rate, improve sleep quality, ensure the growth and development of neonates.
