摘要
目的探讨联动式健康教育模式在糖尿病延续护理中的应用效果。方法将214例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(社区联动式健康教育)与对照组(常规健康教育)。结果出院6个月,观察组病情控制有效率高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病知识掌握、满意度、健康行为、自控饮食依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联动式健康教育模式在糖尿病延续护理中有着较好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the effect of health education model in the continuous care of diabetes. Methods 214 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group(community health education) and control group(routine health education). Results Discharged six months, we observed the groups of disease control rate was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference(P〈0.05), observation group of diabetes knowledge master, satisfaction, health behavior, control compliance were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The linkage health education model has good application effect in the diabetes care.
