聚焦心理干预护理在介入治疗产后大出血中的应用体会

Application of Focused Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨聚焦心理干预护理在介入治疗产后大出血中的应用价值。方法选取本院70例产后大出血患者,随机分为两组,实验组在手术中提供聚焦心理护理,对照组行常规护理。观察两组患者的不良情绪发生情况及患者满意度。结果实验组的不良情绪评分和护理满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的患者提供聚焦心理护理干预后,能够缓解及减少不良情绪的出现,同时使护理满意度大幅度提高。

Objective To explore the application value of psychological intervention in nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was provided with focus on psychological nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. Observation of the two groups of patients with adverse emotional and patient satisfaction. Results In the experimental group, the scores of negative emotions and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by uterine arterial embolization can provide the focus ofpsychological nursing intervention, can ease and reduce the emergence of adverse emotions, and the degree of satisfaction of nursing.
