The Application of High Quality Nursing Service Concept in the Operating Room Nursing Management

目的评价优质护理服务理念在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年1月-2015年8月手术治疗的患者320例,随机分为观察组与对照组,比较两组的护理满意度及护理质量。结果观察组护理满意度和护理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务理念应用于手术室护理管理中,能够提升医院护理质量和护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of high quality nursing service concept in nursing management in operation room. Methods 320 cases of surgical treatment of patients were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015, randomly divided into observation group and control group, compared two groups of nursing satisfaction and quality of care. Results Nursing satisfaction and quality of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service concept is applied to the operating room nursing management, to enhance the hospital nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
