23例颈椎病颈椎前路髂骨植骨融合手术治疗分析

Analysis of 23 Cases of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Anterior Iliac Bone Graft Fusion

目的探究颈椎病颈椎前路髂骨植骨融合手术临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月-2015年9月接收的23例颈椎病患者行颈椎前路髂骨植骨融合手术,分析临床情况。结果 23例均成功手术,21例复查结果显示恢复良好。4例出现轻微饮水呛咳,发生率为17.39%。患者均未出现严重并发症。结论颈椎病颈椎前路髂骨植骨融合手术,整体的治疗效果满意,故在临床中可以采用该方法进行治疗,但需注意操作的严密性和谨慎性,以保证临床治疗的效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of anterior iliac bone graft fusion in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods 23 patients with cervical spondylosis received from January 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected and underwent anterior iliac bone graft fusion. Results 23 cases were successfully operated,and 21 cases showed good recovery. 4 cases of mild drinking cough occurred,the incidence rate was 17.39%. There were no serious complications in the patients. Conclusion In the patients with cervical spondylosis anterior iliac graft bone fusion surgery,the overall treatment effect was significantly,so in clinical can use this method of treatment,but should pay attention to the operation of the strict and cautious,in order to guarantee the effect of clinical treatment.
