摘要
目的分析破裂前交通动脉瘤介入治疗的特点,总结经验。方法采用可解脱弹簧圈及onyx胶对29例前交通动脉瘤进行栓塞、封闭治疗。结果痊愈25例,自动出院1例,致密栓塞23例,大部栓塞2例,支架辅助4例。术后随访20例,随访时间3个月-1年,随访期间无再出血病例。结论前交通动脉瘤的弹簧圈栓塞及onyx胶治疗是一种微创、安全、有效的方法,其远期效果需进一步长期随访。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of interventional treatment of ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysms,and summarize the experience. Methods 29 cases of ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysms were treated by embolization and closure with a free spring ring and onyx gel. Results Cured 25 cases,1 cases of automatic discharge,23 cases of dense embolism,2 cases of large embolism,4 cases of stent assisted,postoperative follow-up of 20 cases, follow-up time of 3 months to 1 years,and no case of bleeding during follow-up period. Conclusion The embolization of anterior communicating artery aneurysm and the treatment of Onyx glue is worthy of clinical application.
