老年高血压患者实施健康教育的效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Implementation of Health Education in Elderly Patients With Hypertension

目的分析讨论健康教育在老年高血压患者的应用效果。方法选取我院在2014年6月-2015年6月收治的100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组50例,对照组采取常规的降压药物治疗和健康宣教;观察组50例,医护人员在对照组的基础上,给予患者健康教育。对比分析两组患者的血压和健康知识的了解程度。结果 0.5年后观察组遵循医嘱的比例高于对照组,观察组患者对高血压相关知识的得分高于对照组;观察组患者的血压改善情况高于对照组,且差异明具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年高血压患者应用健康教育,能改善老年患者的生活方式,增加患者对高血压病的了解程度,提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of health education on elderly patients with hypertension. Methods In our hospital from June 2014 to 2015 June,100 cases of elderly patients with high blood pressure as the object of study. They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. While the control group adopted conventional antihypertensive drug therapy and health education,50 cases in the observation group on the basis of the control group,given health education. The blood pressure and health knowledge of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing was analyzed. Results After 0.5 years,the observation group of patients with high blood pressure related knowledge score was higher than the control group. In observation group,the improvement of blood pressure was higher than that of the control group,and the difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of health education to the elderly patients with hypertension can improve the life style of the elderly patients, increase the understanding of the patients with hypertension,improve the treatment effect,and improve the quality of life of patients.
