窝沟封闭预防龋病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Pit and Fissure Sealing Technique on Caries Prevention

目的探讨窝沟封闭技术在预防龋病中的效果。方法选取我院6-10岁患龋病儿童作为临床研究对象,随机分为A,B两组。A组采用窝沟封闭法预防龋病,B组不做任何预防措施。随访1年,比较A、B两组第一恒磨牙的龋齿发病情况。结果经比较,A组第一恒磨牙的龋坏牙发生率低于B组,比较结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论窝沟封闭技术能够有效预防儿童龋病。

Objective To investigate the effect of pit and fissure sealing technique in the prevention of dental caries. Methods 110 children with dental caries aged 6 to 10 in our hospital as a clinical study,were randomly divided into A, B groups. A group with pit and fissure sealing technique,group B without any preventive measures. For 1 year follow-up, incidence of the first permanent molars caries in two groups were compared. Results By comparison,incidence of first permanent molars decayed tooth in A group was significantly lower than group B,the results has a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The technology can effectively prevent pit and fissure caries.
