Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Submucosal Myoma of Uterus

摘要目的观察宫腔镜与腹腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下大肌瘤患者的临床疗效。方法选择58例子宫黏膜下大肌瘤患者(≥30 mm)的临床资料。结果观察组各项手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗子宫黏膜下大肌瘤患者采取宫腔镜下肌瘤切除术,疗效良好。 Objective To observe the hysteroscopic and laparoscopic in treatment of uterine submucous myoma of clinical curative effect. Methods 58 patients with submucous large uterine myoma（≥ 30 mm）about clinical data were analyzed. Results The operation indexes of observation group were better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of uterine submucous myoma taking myomectomy under hysteroscopy,the curative effect is remarkable.
