导乐仪对导乐分娩产妇心理状态及产程的作用探讨

Study on the Effect of Doula Instrument on Maternal State of Doula Delivery and Birth Process

目的探讨导乐仪在分娩中对自然分娩产妇心理状态和产程的影响。方法在我院实行导乐仪分娩的48例产妇为观察组,50例导乐分娩产妇为对照组,两组产妇均由助产士全程陪伴,进行人文导乐分娩。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组产妇进行产后心理状态调查,并观察产程的变化情况。结果观察组在强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧和偏执5个方面得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组产后出血量、新生儿窒息、感染等因素差异无统计学意义。结论在导乐陪伴分娩过程中采用导乐仪分娩,能缩短产程、减轻产妇产后不良心理状态及产后并发症。

Objective To investigate the effect of Doula instrument on the psychological state of natural delivery and birth process. Methods In our hospital,48 cases of maternal Doula labor apparatus as the observation group,50 cases of Doula delivery as control group. The women in the two groups were performed by midwives accompany,humanistic Doula delivery. The symptoms of two groups of women were investigated with symptom checklist（SCL-90）,and the changes in the process were observed. Results In the observation group,the scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety,depression,fear and paranoia were lower than those of the control group in 5 aspects. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group was shorter than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Doula instrument during the Doula labor apparatus can shorten the production process,reduce postpartum bad psychological condition and postpartum complications.
