直肠癌术前准确分期价值及对治疗策略选择的影响

Value of Preoperative Accurate Staging of Rectal Cancer and the Effect on the Treatment Strategy Choice

目的分析直肠癌术前准确分期对治疗策略选择的影响。方法以医院收治的直肠癌患者为研究对象,术前给予经直肠超声联合多层螺旋CT和血清淀粉样蛋白A检查,并对比术前诊断分期与预测手术方案和术后病理分期和实际手术方案,评价术前准确分期对治疗策略选择的影响。结果术前检查分期准确126例,准确率91.9%;术前预测手术方案准确131例,准确率为95.6%。结论临床治疗直肠癌患者时,术前准确的分期有利于提升治疗方案的合理性,提高治疗效果,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the influence of preoperative accurate analysis on the treatment strategy selection of rectal cancer. Methods Colorectal cancer patients admitted to the hospital for the study,preoperative transrectal ultrasound combined with multi-slice spiral CT and serum amyloid A for check,and compared preoperative diagnosis and prediction of surgical staging and pathological staging programs and actual surgery program,then accurated preoperative staging evaluation on treatment strategy chosen. Results Preoperative staging accuracy checking of 126 cases,accuracy of 91.9%. Preoperative surgical plan accurately predicting 131 cases,the accuracy was 95.6%. Conclusion The clinical colorectal cancer patients, accurate preoperative staging is conducive to enhancing reasonable treatment programs to improve treatment effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
