抗真菌类药物治疗念珠菌性阴道炎分析

Analysis of Antifungal Agents in the Treatment of Candida Vaginitis

目的探究患有念珠菌性阴道炎患者实施抗真菌药物治疗方案的效果。方法收集我院妇科诊治的患有念珠菌性阴道炎患者100名,治疗组50位患者使用抗真菌类药物治疗,对照组50位患者采用常规治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组的治疗有效率。结论使用抗真菌类药物进行治疗可以提高治疗的有效率,降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of antifungal agents in the treatment of patients with Candida vaginitis. Methods Collected the diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases suffering from Candida vaginitis,use of antifungal drugs in the treatment of 50 patients in treatment group,the control group of 50 patients treated with conventional treatment,comparative analysis of two groups of patients the treatment effect. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The use of antifungal drugs for treatment can improve the efficiency,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the safety.
