尤瑞克林联合曲克芦丁对急性脑梗死患者凝血功能及神经功能的影响

Effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase Combined With Troxerutin on Coagulation Function and Nerve Function of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的评价尤瑞克林联合曲克芦丁对急性脑梗死患者凝血功能及神经功能的影响。方法本次研究对象为我院确诊的164例急性脑梗死患者,按编号分为对照组与观察组,各82例。两组均实施尤瑞克林治疗,观察组加用曲克芦丁治疗。评估两组疗效。结果观察组治疗后纤维蛋白原、血小板计数及D-二聚体含量较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗第1、3、5、7 d的NIHSS评分较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予急性脑梗死患者尤瑞克林联合曲克芦丁治疗,有助于促进患者神经功能及凝血功能的改善。

Objective Effect of Yuri Klein combined with troxerutin on blood coagulation function and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction was analyzed. Methods 164 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital,according to the number were divided into the control group and the observation group,each of 82 cases. Results Observation group after treatment of fibrin fibrinogen and platelet count and D-dimer content decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group patients in the treatment of 1,3,5,7 days of NIHSS score decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Given patients urinary kallidinogenase combined with troxerutin help to promote the improvement of neurological function and coagulation function.
