静脉补液治疗妊娠晚期临界性羊水过少的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Intravenous Fluid Infusion in the Treatment of Oligohydramniosin in Patients With Late Pregnancy

目的研究分析妊娠晚期临界性羊水过少患者接受静脉补液治疗的临床效果。方法根据2012年11月-2013年12月我院的64例妊娠晚期临界性羊水过少患者进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和实验组,均有32例,实验组为无应激试验（NST）有反应型,接受静脉补液治疗,对照组为NST有反应型,但未接受补液治疗,两组患者都接受超声检测,治疗前后对其羊水指数和深度进行观察。结果治疗前,对照组患者的羊水指数和深度与实验组差异无统计学意义,治疗后,实验组患者的羊水指数和深度有所改善,前后两次超声检查结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后各项指标差异无统计学意义。结论临床中需要动态监测患者的羊水情况,不要单纯以一次检验为最终依据来选择剖宫产治疗。

Objective To study the clinical effect of intravenous fluid replacement therapy in patients with oligohydramniosin. Methods According to the November 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital in 64 cases of pregnancy advanced borderline oligohydramnios patients to conduct research and analysis. These patients were divided into control group and experimental group,32 cases in each. The experimental group for the non stress test（NST）reaction type,received intravenous fluid therapy, control group for NST reaction type,but did not accept intravenous fluid therapy. Two groups of patients underwent ultrasound detection,before and after the treatment of the amniotic fluid index and depth were observed. Results Before treatment,compared with patients with amniotic fluid index and depth,they were no significant difference in the control group and the experimental group. After treatment,the amniotic fluid index and depth of the experimental group were improved. The difference before and after the two ultrasound findings were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The control group before and after treatment showed no significant difference. Conclusion The clinical need dynamic monitoring of the amniotic fluid of patients,do not simply take a test as the final basis to choose the treatment of cesarean section.
