摘要
目的探讨在治疗胃溃疡合并出血时采用奥美拉唑的临床效果。方法 2013年6月-2015年12月来我院治疗胃溃疡合并出血的患者中选出58例,对其采用奥美拉唑治疗,作为研究组。从同一时间段再选出58例患者,对其采用常规治疗,作为对照组。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组84.48%,同时研究组幽门螺杆菌转阴率高于对照组,平均止血时间低于对照组,两组数据差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑能够提升胃溃疡合并出血患者的治疗效果,缩短止血时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage. Methods From June 2013 to December 2015,58 cases of patients with gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage were selected and treated with omeprazole. 58 patients were selected from the same time period,and the control group was treated with routine treatment. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 96.55%,was higher than that of the control group 84.48%. At the same time,the research group of helicobacter pylori negative rate was higher than that of the control group. The mean hemostatic time was lower than control group,the difference between the two groups of data exist significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole can improve the therapeutic effect of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage and shorten the bleeding time.
