摘要
目的探讨癌性神经病理性疼痛采取芬太尼贴联合加巴喷丁治疗的疗效。方法选取86例于2012年8月-2015年8月我院接收的癌痛患者,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与实验组,分别给予芬太尼和芬太尼贴＋加巴喷丁治疗,观察两组疗效。结果实验组控制疼痛效果优于对照组,且疼痛评分、爆炸疼痛次数减少（P〈0.05）,用药期间的不良反应均为Ⅰ-Ⅱ度,患者均可耐受。结论癌痛患者采取芬太尼透皮贴联合加巴喷丁治疗,效果确切,安全可靠。
Objective To study the curative effect of Fentanyl patch combined with Gabapentin in the treatment of malignant NP. Methods 86 patients with cancer pain treated from August 2012 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected. According to the different treatment schemes were divided into the control group and the experimental group,and they were given fentanyl and fentanyl paste plus gabapentin treatment,to observe the curative effect of two groups. Results The analgesia effect of test group was significantly better than that of control group,in addition, the evaluation score and attack times of pain was greatly reduced（P〈0.05）. During the treatment,there were Stage I to II of adverse reactions of which it was tolerable. Conclusion Fentanyl patch combined with Gabapentin has an obvious effect in patients with cancer pain.
