摘要
目的观察并总结生长抑素用于治疗肠梗阻的治疗效果。方法将我院就诊的48例肠梗阻患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组。实验组采用常规治疗加生长抑素治疗,而对照组采用常规方法治疗,分析并比较这两组治疗效果和患者的预后情况。结果统计数据结果显示实验组的治疗有效率(91.67%)高于对照组的治疗有效率(83.33%),实验组的预后效果也优于对照组。两组差异有可比性(P<0.05)。结论将生长抑素用于临床治疗肠梗阻,治疗效果优良。
Objective To observe and summarize the therapeutic effect of somatostatin in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods 48 cases of intestinal obstruction in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with conventional therapy plus somatostatin therapy,while the control group was treated with routine treatment,analysis and comparison of the two groups of treatment effect and the prognosis of patients. Results Statistical results of the experimental group of treatment efficiency（91.67%）was significantly higher than the control group of the treatment efficiency（83.33%）,the experimental group＇s prognosis was also significantly better than the control group. The difference between the two groups was comparable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Somatostatin is used in the clinical treatment of intestinal obstruction,the treatment effect is obvious.
