手法催乳、穴位按摩配合催乳汤促进产后乳汁分泌临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Practices Prolactin,Prolactin Soup With Acupressure Promoting Postpartum Lactation

目的分析手法催乳、穴位按摩配合催乳汤促进产后乳汁分泌临床效果。方法选取2014年4月-2015年9月我院收治的产后乳汁分泌过少、乳房胀痛的126例产妇作为研究对象,按照数字法分为对照组（n=63,给予常规乳房护理）和实验组（n=63,给予手法催乳、穴位按摩配合催乳汤）,比较两组临床效果。结果实验组乳房胀痛缓解时间、乳房肿痛VAS评分、泌乳时间、泌乳质量评分与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手法催乳、穴位按摩配合催乳汤促进产后乳汁分泌临床效果突出,提高新生儿母乳喂养率。

Objective To analyze practices lactation,point massage together with lactation soup to promote the clinical effect of postpartum milk secretion. Methods Selection from April 2014 to September 2015 our hospital of less postpartum milk secretion,breast tenderness,126 cases of maternal as the research object,according to the digital method were divided into control group（n=63,given regular breast care）and experimental group（n=63,cooperated gimmick lactation,point massage lactation soup）,then compared two groups of clinical effect. Results The experimental group breast pain relief time,breast swell pain VAS score,lactation time,lactation quality score compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lactation,point massage together with lactation soup to promote clinical effect is outstanding,increase newborns breast feeding rate.
