生化标本检验的质量控制方法研究

目的研究生化标本检验的质量控制方法,以此提高生化标本检测结果可靠性,为患者诊治提供重要参考。方法选择2014年1月-2015年6月我院行生化检验的100例患者作为研究对象,随机把100例患者分成对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组行常规生化检验控制,观察组行严格生化检验质量控制,比较两组检验结果准确率和误差值等。结果观察组生化检验准确率98%,对照组生化检验准确率80%,观察组样本检验准确性、样本时效性及误差值、重现性等指标优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论生化标本检验要制定严格流程和规范,加强质量控制和管理,提高检验质量,保证生化检验结果准确和完整,为患者临床诊治提供重要参考。

Objective To study the quality control method of biochemical samples,in order to improve the results of biochemical detection reliability,provide an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Methods From January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital,100 cases of biochemical test patients as the research object,were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each. The control group underwent routine biochemical test,observation group used strict quality control of biochemical test,comparison of two groups of test results of accuracy and error etc. Results In the observation group,biochemical test accuracy rate of 98%,the control group biochemical test accuracy rate of 80%. The observation group of sample test accuracy,sample aging and error rate,return index were better than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Biochemical test specimens shall formulate strict procedures and norms,to strengthen the quality control and management,improve the quality of examination,to ensure accurate and complete biochemical test results,provide an important reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
