核磁共振对椎管肿瘤诊断的临床价值评价

Clinical Value of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnosis of Spinal Canal Tumors

目的研究核磁共振对于椎管肿瘤的诊断价值。方法针对我院诊治的60位有椎管肿瘤患者,在手术之前进行核磁共振检测,在手术当中进行病理检测,对两组检测方法的准确性进行对比分析。结果对于60位患者诊断出血管母细胞瘤1位,呈型细胞瘤14位,神经细胞瘤3位,转移瘤11位,脊膜瘤11位,室管膜瘤8位,精神纤维瘤6位,脂肪瘤6位,手术当中进行病理检测于上述结果一致。结论磁共振对于椎管肿瘤的确诊有良好的效果,并且操作简便,对患者的伤害小。

Objective To study the value of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of spinal canal tumors. Methods 60 patients with spinal tumor in our hospital were detected by MRI before surgery,and the accuracy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results For 60 patients diagnosed of hemangioblastoma 1 case,a type cell tumor of 14 cases,neuroblastoma 3 cases,metastasis 11 cases, meningioma 11 cases,the ependymal membrane tumor 8 cases,spirit fibroma 6 cases,lipoma 6 cases. During the operation for pathological examination was in the same. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging for the diagnosis of spinal tumors has a good effect,and easy to operate,and the patient＇s injury is small.
