摘要
总结2例使用高压注射器静脉注射碘海醇外渗使患者局部组织损伤的护理。主要包括50%硫酸镁湿敷、注射抗过敏药药物护理。碘海醇外渗后立即用50%硫酸镁温湿敷、注射抗过敏药,对并发症进行预防控制,能在短时间内促使组织水肿消退,避免损伤。
To summarize 2 cases of the use of high-pressure syringe injection of iohexol extravasation to local tissue injury in patients with nursing. Included 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress,injection of anti allergy drug care. After the iohexol extravasation immediately with 50% magnesium sulfate temperature wet compress,injection of anti allergy medicine,complications prevention and control,within a short time prompted tissue edema subsided,and avoid injury.
