探讨早期干预对小儿脑瘫康复的临床作用

The Clinical Significance of Early Intervention for Children With Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨早期干预对小儿脑瘫康复的临床作用。方法随机选取我院2012年4月-2015年4月收治的60例小儿脑瘫患儿,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组32例,对照组28例,对照组实施常规治疗与常规护理,观察组实施常规治疗＋一般护理＋早期干预,观察比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组与对照组患儿康复总有效率分别为96.87%、71.42%,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期干预应用到小儿脑瘫康复,能够有效改善患儿症状提升治疗效果,加速康复进程。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of early intervention for children with cerebral palsy. Methods 60 cases of children with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in the observation group,28 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and general nursing. The observation group was treated with routine treatment and general care and early intervention. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.87% and 71.42%,respectively,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early intervention applied to children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation can effectively improve the symptoms of children to improve the treatment effect,accelerate the rehabilitation process.
