舒适护理在甲状腺手术后早期应用研究

Comfort Nursing in Early Stage After Thyroid Surgery

目的评价舒适护理在甲状腺手术后早期应用效果。方法对照组(n=64)、观察组(n=61)分别采用常规护理、舒适护理,对比相关指标。结果观察组术后下床活动时间、术后拆线时间、疼痛峰值低于对照组,观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺手术后早期应用舒适护理有助于降低不良事件发生风险,提高镇痛效果,加速患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comfort nursing in the early stage of thyroid surgery. Methods The control group（n=64）,the observation group（n=61）were respectively used in routine nursing,comfort care,then cpmpared correlation index. Results The patients in the observation group after getting out of bed activity time,postoperative ligature pain,time to peak were lower than the control group. The observation group of the incidence of adverse events was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group and the control group,the postoperative complication rate between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early application of comfort nursing after thyroid surgery can help reduce the risk of adverse events,improve the analgesic effect and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.
