细致化护理对急诊重症脑梗死患者并发症的影响分析

Effect of Detailed Care on the Complications of Emergency Patients With Severe Cerebral Infarction

目的分析急诊重症脑梗死患者实施细致化护理对并发症的影响。方法选取2014年10月-2015年10月我院收治的76例急诊重症脑梗死患者,对其实施细致化护理。结果经细致化护理后,患者的护理有效率和生活质量评分均取得了良好的效果,并且并发症发生率较低,为7.89%。结论急诊重症脑梗死患者采取细致化护理,并发症少,有效率高。

Objective To analyze the impact of nursing on the implementation of emergency patients with severe complications of cerebral infarction. Methods 76 cases of emergency with severe cerebral infarction from October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital in implementation of meticulous care. Results After careful nursing,patients＇ quality of life score Was efficiently achieved and had low incidence of complications 7.89%. Conclusion Emergency cerebral infarction patients taking meticulous care has fewer complications and high efficiency.
