Nursing Experience of Thyroid Carcinoma Before and After Operation

目的总结性分析甲状腺癌手术前后的护理方法及效果。方法将40例甲状腺癌手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各20例,分别给予整体护理干预和常规基础护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预组患者平均住院时间短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺癌患者手术前后进行整体护理干预,可提高患者治疗依从性,减少术后并发症发生,促进病情早日康复。

Objective To summarize the nursing methods and effects of thyroid cancer before and after surgery. Methods 40 cases of thyroid cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,20 cases in each group,giving the overall nursing intervention and conventional basic nursing,compared with two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The average length of hospital stay in the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall nursing intervention in patients with thyroid cancer before and after surgery can improve the treatment compliance,reduce postoperative complications,promote the recovery of the disease.
