摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在内科中的实施及其效果。方法选择2011年7月-2012年7月我院100例内科患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予人性化护理。对两组护理效果以及患者和家属对护理满意度等情况进行观察对比。结果观察组护理效果、对护理的满意程度等方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对内科患者进行人性化护理,可以在一定程度上提高护理效果,并且提升患者以及家属对护理的满意度。
Objective To study the implementation of humanized nursing in internal medicine and its effect. Methods In July 2011 to July 2012 from 100 medical patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each. Control group used routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of control group used the humanized nursing. On two groups of nursing effects and the patient and family to look at the nursing satisfaction,and so on. Results The effect of nursing,nursing satisfaction degree conditions in observation group were better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanized nursing care of patients helps to improve the effect of nursing care,improve patients＇ satisfaction with care and family.
