摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法在2014年7月-2015年9月诊治的脑出血患者中抽取76例作研究对象,将本组患者依据随机数字法分为观察组（n=38）和对照组（n=38）,观察组使用临床护理路径,对照组采取常规脑出血护理,比较两组患者护理满意度、住院时间以及医疗费用。结果观察组护理满意度是92.1%,高于对照组的78.9%（P〈0.05）;相较于对照组,观察组住院时间短（P〈0.05）,医疗费用少（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果满意,可提升患者护理满意度,减少医疗费用,并促使其早日出院。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 76 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were selected in the hospital from July 2014 to September 2015. The patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=38）and control group（n=38）. The observation group used clinical nursing pathway,the control group was treated with routine nursing. Nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time and medical expenses were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.1%,was higher than that of the control group（78.9%）（P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter（P〈0.05）,and the medical cost was less（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path way in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve patients＇ care satisfaction,reduce medical costs,and promote the early discharge.
