风险管理对提高精神科护理安全的作用及体会

The Role and Experience of Risk Management in Improving the Safety of Psychiatric Nursing

目的分析风险管理在提高精神科护理安全中的积极作用,并对护理干预体会进行总结。方法分组后对照组接受常规护理干预方法,观察组采用护理风险管理模式,比较两组患者临床护理干预效果。结果观察组护理风险不良事件发生率为6.98%,对照组护理风险不良事件发生率为25.0%;观察组家属投诉率为2.33%,低于对照组15.91%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理模式能够减少精神科临床护理不良风险,并在此基础上提高家属的满意度。

Objective To analyze the positive role of risk management in improving the safety of psychiatric nursing,and to summarize the experience of nursing intervention. Methods The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group used nursing risk management mode,compared the two groups of patients with clinical nursing intervention effect. Results Observation group of nursing risk adverse events incidence was 6.98%,control group risk adverse event rate was 25.0%. Observation group family complaint rate was 2.33%,it was significantly lower than the control group of 15.91%,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk management model can reduce the risk of psychiatric clinical nursing,and on this basis to improve the satisfaction of family members.
