摘要
目的探讨急诊护理路径用于急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的临床效果。方法选择急性心肌梗死患者分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组应用急诊护理路径,对比两组患者抢救指标差异。结果观察组抢救指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者抢救中应用急诊护理路径效果良好,患者抢救效率提升。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of emergency nursing pathway in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into two groups,the control group received conventional nursing,the observation group was treated with emergency nursing path,and the difference of the rescue index was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction,the effect of emergency nursing pathway is good,and the efficiency of the patients was significantly improved.
