摘要 基于一次设备状态检修出现的问题,提出电压互感器在线群校准概念。首先,针对在运变电站的实际情况,阐述了在线校准中使用的电压标准器的选择及接线方式。然后,介绍群校准系统的设计原理与结构,并对研制的在线群校准装置进行了多路信号同步采集的能力测试,试验数据表明该系统在运行时引入的误差优于0.05%,满足对0.2级电压互感器进行在线群校准的能力。最后,针对变电站现场测试特点,提出在线群校准工作时需要对一次压降、二次压降、二次负荷进行规定,以提高在线误差校准数据的可靠性。 The concept of group online error calibration for voltage transformer is proposed for these problems of primary equipment condition-based maintenance. Firstly,the choice of voltage standards for group online error calibration is introduced based on the actual operation of substation. Secondly,the principle and structure of group online error calibration is illustrated. What's more,the two groups of test for multi-channel signal acquisition at the same time have been done for the online calibration system which is developed in the paper. The experimental data shows that the error which is produced by the calibration system is less than 0. 05% at run time and it can meet the ability to 0.2 level calibration voltage transformers. Finally,in order to improve the reliability of online calibration,provisions for firstly and secondary voltage drop,secondary load are carried out according to the characteristics of field test.
