摘要
随着分子标记的不断开发和利用,DNA指纹图谱技术得到了快速发展。本文简要阐述了几种常见的构建DNA指纹图谱分子标记方法的基本原理、优缺点及其在构建不同植物DNA指纹图谱中的应用,总结了构建指纹图谱的指纹代码的5种方法和在甘蔗育种中应用,并对DNA指纹图谱在甘蔗育种应用中存在问题与展望进行了简单的讨论。
DNA fingerprinting technologies have been rapidly developed with the development and utilization of kinds of new DNA molecular markers recently. This paper briefly reviewed the basic principle, advantages and disadvantages, application of several molecular markers in constructing DNA fingerprinting. Five methods to build fingerprint code and their application in sugarcane breeding were summarized. In addition, the problems existing in the application of DNA fingerprinting technology and outlook were also briefly discussed.
