摘要
本文简述MC尼龙的性能特点,甘蔗糖厂压榨机采用滚动轴承或铜轴瓦存在的问题及MC尼龙轴瓦在甘蔗糖厂大型压榨机上的应有效果。实践证明MC尼龙轴瓦在大型压榨机(Ф1000×2000)上的应用是可行的。
Based on the summary of functions and characteristics of monomer casting nylons, this paper analyzes the problems of applying rolling bearings or copper bearings to squeezers of sugarcane factories and the prospective effects for using monomer casting nylons on big sugarcane squeezers. It has been proven the feasibility of adopting monomer casting nylons on big squeezers（Ф1000×2000）.
